How long will it take for my order to ship?
Sample orders usually ship within 5-7 business days.
Wallpaper and mural orders will typically take between 3-5 business days to ship. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. To reduce waste and excess, multiple panels may be packaged together and shipped in one box.
IT’S MY WALL does not currently ship to PO Boxes.
How much does it cost to ship a sample order?
Wallpaper product samples ship for free within the continental US; samples typically take 7–9 business days.

International sample orders ship for a flat fee of $25 and take 7–10 business days.
Can you produce my order faster?
Yes! We do offer a rush production service with a surcharge. Please contact our Customer Service number.
How much does it cost to ship Wallpaper and Murals?
Standard shipping is always free at IT’S MY WALL for orders over $188.
We do offer expedited shipping options which are calculated at checkout. Those options apply to shipping only. Standard production time applies.

Shipping Upgrade charges are NON-REFUNDABLE once the order ships.
Delays due to transit must be claimed with the Shipping Carrier directly. We do not guarantee third-party services.
Do you ship wallpaper internationally?
We are happy to offer global shipping.
Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply, and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not have information regarding how different countries manage and charges their imports, but we are obliged to declare all merchandise as required by law. Delays due to customs may be experienced.
However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.
Tip: To estimate the cost for international shipping add your items to cart and start a checkout process (but you don’t need to buy). During Checkout your address will be required to calculate shipping rates. Then you will have access to the shipping rates and transit times for your destination.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Review your Shipping Address after purchase, we are unable to update any information once the package departs our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damage regarding incorrect shipping address.
MATERIALS IN BACKORDER
We are experiencing minor supply chain disruptions. Some wallpaper or materials (for murals) form our catalog might be in Backorder. They are on the way but not here yet.
Wallpaper
If you ordered a wallpaper in backorder, we would contact you to provide the estimate date of shipping. As a result, you have the right to cancel the order or select a new wallpaper.
Mural
When ordering a material in Backorder, consider extending the processing up to 2 weeks for murals.
