We are a small business that distribute wallpaper from the best manufacturers and produces custom items (Murals).  We offer very affordable samples from all our products as an opportunity to test and try before going big.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days of Delivery date, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Some conditions applied, see all details below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@itsmywallstore.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or samples.

MURAL RETURNS

Each Mural order at IT’S MY WALL is custom printed for the individual who ordered it. We do not accept returns for other reason than defective or damaged items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of issue for damage or defect. Our email to request a return is info@itsmywallstore.com 

Returns need to be approved before shipping items back.

WALLPAPER RETURNS

You may return unopened merchandise, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, It’s my wall will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 35% restocking fee, and return freight.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@itsmywallstore.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received your merchandise in unopened condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. All returns must be accompanied by an Order number and are subject to a 35% restocking fee and return shipping fee.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We inspect all rolls prior to shipment, however, defects in the craftsmanship may still occur.  Therefore, we encourage you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our merchandise does not qualify as defective when:

  • The color is different from the screen (please check Color Disclaimer).
  • The Color do not match with old Sample (more than 6-month-old).
  • The Measurements purchased are wrong.
  • The Wallpaper material purchased is not suitable for the project.

As a general recommendation, you can book a free on-line consultation with us before placing you wallpaper/mural order and we can help you with material selection, measurements, etc.

EXCHANGES
We replace items when they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@itsmywallstore.com.

LOST SHIPMENT

If your order got lost during transit, contact us at info@itsmywallstore.com within 30 days after the shipping date to qualify for a replacement.

ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

We accept modifications or cancellations for up to 24 hours after the order is placed. You may cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team at +1 (832) 981-0266 (Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm Central Time).

INSTALLED MERCHANDISE DISCLAIMER

Since we cannot control the handling and installation process for wall-covering products, we cannot guarantee results. For this reason, partially or fully installed murals and wallpapers do not qualify for exchanges, returns or refunds.

WALLPAPER INSTALLATION SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In addition with the Terms & Conditions estabished on this website. The following specifics terms are applicable for the wallpaper installation services:

- Payment is due upon installation.

- Payment method and person responsible for payments need to be defined prior to installation start date.

- The 50% deposit is required to schedule the installation and it will be credited to your final Invoice.

- Cancellation fee: Equal to $100 USD when the total job amount is lees than $1,000 USD.  It will be equal to 20% of total job amount when the total Job exceeds $1,000 USD.  This fee will be applied for one of the following reasons:

  • Wallpaper is not in place.
  • Wallpaper is in poor condition or damaged.
  • Wallpaper quality is poor, or it is not compatible with the wall.
  • Walls are unfinished, uneven, dirty or in general not suitable for wallpaper installation.
  • Job is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the installation date.

 - When wallpaper is not sufficient to complete the Job on the installation day, a second trip charge of $100 will be applied.
